Preecaution to overcome heat:The temperature is so hot and we have to take steps to keep our body cool as well as safe.
Steps to keep cool in the way of food:
First step is easy step that is to take water more at the afternoon time this will help you to tolerate the heat.Take the cool substances like watermelon,curd,carrot. Curd rice every day with a piece of onion both together will reduce the heat in your body.Take lemon juice once thrice in week or add drops of lemon juice in any of your suitable dish.Avoid taking of mango in large numbers.
Alert on artificial colour juice:
Avoid taking of artificial colour juice in the flavour of lemon,mango, grapes its totally spoil the thought of heat reducing.
Take bath two times in a day by giving suitable interval between them.that is in the morning before 8.00 and in the evening 5.00pm by giving 8-9hours gap and this will prevent to you from cold attack.
Wearing of cotton dress will help for absorption of swetting and avoid of wearing black dress as it absorb the heat more.
Steps to be taken in the surroundings:
Use the chill cloth or dip screen cloth in water and use as curtains this will keep your home cool and give chill air.
As air conditioner not works due to some volage fluctuation problem or power cut widely in city.so at the time fill water on one bucket keep under the fan for reducing heat.
use of branded sun screen will give safer side to outgoing peoples
Disease like jauntice spread o these days due to heat.Proper food ,dress, surroundings will prevent from sunstroke or disease due to heat.
