Dear Sir,
My friend got job in Dubai as Mechancial Enginner. They gave offer letter with 6 month probation period with 2000 AED. Now near to 1 month is over and He heared that they will deduct 250 aed from every month for visa charge. So weather he can change his job,when he got new job before probation? or weather they will ban him?What is the procedure. His boss also told him,if you are not intersted after 6 month, You can leave from the company.or After giving visa charge, weather he can move to another company?

If he is still under probationperiod both party can take any action (resign or terminate ) without noitce. Asper the lab....

Hi Sir,
i'm working here, and one of my Indian friends want to invest here in supermarket sector. but we dont have any idea about the legal procedures. His plan is to start it in dubai marina, media city or motorcity. how we can go for license. can we go for free zone license. if we go for free zone license can we start it in other places outside free zone. if we get vakkil hidamadh from UAE national, is it possible to start in freezone under same license. already one local agreed to give us license. so kindly advise us which license is good and what are the possibility.

Hi Sir,
Iam working in a company in Dubai, iam in two years visa and one year completed. now i got one good offer from Singapore. My company will not allow me to leave before visa expiry. This month iam going to kerala for vacation. If i dont come back and go to Singapore what will be the consequence in UAE ? Will i get 6 months ban or more ? Can i come back later ? Waiting for your advise.

I have a business agreement with one of my friends and as per the terms of the agreement i have povided him a bank guarantee. But he has not done anything w.r.t. to the agreement and now he is not answering my calls also. Can I file a criminal case agaisnt him. I have an acknowledgement letter issued by him stating that he has received the bank guarantee from me. right now I I am in India. please advice.

Dear Sir,
I worked 15+ years in a company and closed on Oct. 2011 without paying Service benefit due to death of Egyptian Partner. Complained in Labour dept and they transfer the case to Court.
Company representative call me & explained that they are trying to sell the company but due to court case they cannot sell and company has no assets and more liability and end of the case there is no chance to get any money (LLC Company.) So I withdrew the case on 21-02-2012. My visa expired on 14-12-2011 and Work permit on 09-12-2011. As on today there is no positive response from the company representative. Now my visa and work permit have fine. My question is
1. how I can cancel the Visa & work permit without paying fine due to above reasons
2. There is any chance to reopen the case (Basic salary is AED.6,000/-)
3. If reopen the case there is any chance to get the money
4. If the case is there I can join any company (Last 5 months I don’t have job

Sir, I have been working in the company from past 5 months (limited contract). The employer doesnt respect the employees and treat them badly. Moreover, in my appointment letter they wrote 6 months as probation period and then the contract which i signed, the probation period was of 3 months. They told me some rubbish that the qouta for 6 months is not available, actualy they wanted to trap me and now they keep telling that they will put one year ban on me if we leave the job before 2 years. I am getting a better oppurtunity with better pay. Can i change the job. Is one year ban is applicable or only 6 months automatic ban will be applicable. Please advise.

My wife worked in an LLC company in dubai for 5 months and the probotation period is 6 months. Now she resigned from the company as she is having some health issues. She got MOL labour id from the company and her contract is two year limited contract. She is under my sponsership. Now the company is asking for 45 days salary for early termination.
